Declaration of Independence

I, Jeffrey-Azuka, of the Family Chekuse, along with our dependents, family, and friends, affirm our inherent right to freedom and our allegiance to ancient and common law. By this Declaration, we formally proclaim our independence by secession from the entities of Nigeria and Biafra, declaring that we shall no longer be governed by any external authority or government but are free to shape our destiny in alignment with the values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

From this day forth, the geographic area known as Aruku shall stand as a sovereign enclave microstate, with all who reside within its bounds or bear a diplomatic passport issued by the authority of Aruku entitled to safe passage and immunity in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
